I will graduate in 2026 with a BSc in Psychology and a minor in Biology, from the University of Manitoba.
Over the years, I’ve been involved in several exciting projects, events, and initiatives. Most recently, I’m a member of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg Peacebuilder Committee, a member of Manitoba Women for Women of South Sudan, and on the organizing committee of the Youth Nuclear Peace Summit. I was also honoured to serve on the boards of the Manitoba Association for Rights and Liberties (MARL) and International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War Canada (IPPNWC).
So far, I’ve had the opportunity to work in an elementary school (during the COVID-19 pandemic), in food service, and even for the Office of a Senator(!)
In my academic life, I often wonder why we do the things we do. What combination of biology, upbringing, culture, values, personality, group influences, media exposure, education, environment, etc. influence how we make decisions? I’m also fascinated by problems and opportunities of scale. How do we design policies or interventions that go beyond the individual and effect change in the community?
Outside of work and school, I always enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also love travelling.
I’ve been supported by so many people over the years and am eager to share my network and opportunities with others. If we share any of these interests, please let's get in touch!
